1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Tigerexch ("Tigerexch", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to the website tigersexch.it.com and any betting-exchange services we arrange for you. By visiting the site, contacting our onboarding team, or placing a bet through your account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

To hold a Tigerexch account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You are accessing the service from a location where participating in exchange betting is lawful, and you are solely responsible for confirming that.
• You are registering for yourself, in your own name, and hold one account per person — duplicate or shared accounts are not permitted.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list and have not previously been barred from our service.

3. Account Registration & Security

Accounts are set up through our support team after basic identity and age verification. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password or one-time codes with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify us immediately so we can help secure your account. We may require re-verification at any time to protect the integrity of the exchange.

4. Exchange Betting Rules

Tigerexch operates a peer-to-peer exchange where you can back an outcome (bet for it to happen) or lay an outcome (bet against it). The following rules apply to all markets:

• Matched bets — a bet is only live once it is matched against an opposing order at the stated odds. Unmatched orders may be cancelled before the event.
• Settlement — markets are settled on the official result once the relevant event concludes. Settled winnings are credited to your balance according to the matched odds.
• Void markets — where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or cannot be settled fairly, the market may be voided and stakes returned.
• Palpable errors — we reserve the right to void or re-settle bets struck at obviously incorrect odds arising from a manifest error, technical fault or pricing mistake ("palpable error").
• Rule of the sport — where our rules are silent, settlement follows the recognised governing body's official ruling for that event.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are arranged through our support team and processed by regulated payment partners; this website does not itself handle real-money transactions. You agree to fund your account only from payment methods lawfully belonging to you. Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name and may be subject to identity checks before release. We may apply reasonable limits, hold funds where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected, and require completion of verification before processing a withdrawal. Any applicable processing timelines are indicative and can vary with your bank or payment provider.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

To keep the exchange fair for everyone, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of related funds:

• Fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or funding an account with money that is not lawfully yours.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or coordinating bets with others to manipulate a market.
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit the platform.
• Multi-accounting, opening accounts in false names, or circumventing a suspension or self-exclusion.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors or system faults rather than reporting them.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tigersexch.it.com — including the Tigerexch name, logo, text, graphics, layout and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape or redistribute any part of the site without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tigerexch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for losses arising from betting outcomes, interruptions to the service, delays in settlement, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You accept that betting is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tigerexch, its operators and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict or close your account at our discretion — including where we suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. On termination, any legitimately owed balance, once all checks are complete, will be returned to you in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Gaming and betting laws vary between Indian states, and it remains your responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful in your own state. Nothing here should be read as advice that betting is permitted where you live.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact our support team so we can try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Most issues are settled directly and informally. Where a matter cannot be resolved that way, it shall be dealt with in accordance with Indian law, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Any dispute relating to the settlement of a specific market must be raised promptly, keeping relevant details of the bet.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, technology or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Your continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
